Each year, the University of Lincoln Global Postgraduate Scholarships welcomes students from a diverse range of backgrounds from all over the world and offers a variety of scholarships and bursaries which can provide extra financial assistance with the costs of study to qualified students.
About University of Lincoln
The University of Lincoln is a public research university based in Lincoln, England, with origins back to 1861. It achieved university status in 1992 and its present name and structure in 2001.
The University of Lincoln was ranked 43rd in the UK by The Times, 42nd by Complete, and 17th by The Guardian in 2020 rankings, its highest to date.
In 2017, the university ranked 8th in Agriculture and Forestry and 2nd in Business and Economics in The Complete University Guide rankings. However, more than half of its submitted research was ranked as internationally excellent or world-leading in the UK’s last nationwide examination of university research standards, the 2014 Research Excellence Framework (REF 2014).

Eligibility for Global Postgraduate Scholarships
- Applicant must be an international student (non-EU/UK)
- Must hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade of 2:2 or equivalent
- Applicants for MPhil/Ph.D. are not qualified
How to Apply for Global Postgraduate Scholarships
There is no separate application process. You will automatically be assessed for a Global Postgraduate Scholarships once you have submitted your application to study at the University of Lincoln.
